I have spent a little time looking over past posts here and I have to say that I am very happy to have found you. Any meaningful information or serious discussion about WBB seems very difficult to find. As a male I grew up playing football. As an older male I grew up when baseball was still the national pastime. But, as I have grown older womens college basketball has clearly become my favorite sport. I also grew up in a family of UT fans and live just outside Austin, so it is not difficult to determine my favorite team.

Anyway, this was just to say hi, and thanks for being here.

I too hope Jody gets back in first place. Of course we all have our opinions about who she can beat to do it.

KSUron - I agree that the UT program is back on the right track. But, I don't think KSU is going away either. It sure was nice seeing that picture of Kamie flashing her horns at her HOF induction.

BEVOFAN2 - I think I have missed two games in the last six years. We just need to get more of us there.

soonerman - Congratulations on a great year. I hope you have another one, except when you play UT, of course. I don't really care who Jody beats, as long as she gets the wins. But, some wins do taste better than others. Not long ago a win against OU was just another W. It is truely amazing how fast your program has become a national power. That can only happen with hard work, quality coaching, and some great young women.

Hi TRH. Welcome. Yes, I am always looking for support for the Longhorns. The increase in Longhorn posters on this board in the past year is encouraging. I am optimistic about our team's chances in the next couple of years.
