Megan Ronhovde, a 6'2" junior wing from West Central Area High School in MN, made a verbal committment to Iowa State today. Two of her teammates from North Tartan AAU, Liz Podominick and Kelly Jo Roysland, are being recruited by ISU as well. Podominick just broke the MN girls' state record in the shotput.

What a disaster at Minnesota! Even if Minnesota can hire a good coach, I would expect many girls to be reluctant to sign because of the fear of an unstable program. Minnesota had best get it in gear quickly as the summer recruiting season is heating up.
