Here's a link to a story on a contract between OU and UCONN for four games. I'm sure it will hack off our resident TN fan, but life's a b*tch and then you die.
I will say this: we need to beat them. In the first few years we played them, we were totally outmanned. Actually our best game against them was in the national championship game where we pulled back in the final minutes within six points. We had zero high school all-americans on our team and they had mostly all-americans.

ok just asking :)
Chipper! I LOVE your sig! :D
I'm probably alone in thinking that this is a subtle knife in the back to you know who.
And in more ways than one. Y'all will have to figure that one out for yourselves... :)

YCN, there was nothing subtle about it! All but a paragraph or two was about Geno and Pat. However, Geno has always been willing to play Oklahoma. I remember the first game betwixt the two was in Norman, and that clearly was a gesture by Geno to Sherri to gain interest in her program and build fan support. Of course, when his team clearly outmanned ours that's an easier decision to make.
Clearly, he and Sherri have a better relationship than he and Pat, for a number of reasons beginning when he recruited Hansmeyer when Sherri was her coach at NHS.
It's time for us to step it up and make it more competitive by winning one!

I think the first Connecticut game here was for both Hansmeyer and Paige Sauer to play near/in their hometowns since they were both seniors.
I thought Geno didn't like to play his friends.??????

You are right, sw, I think Hansmeyer was a reason as well. I forgot about Paige Sauer.
YCN, are you going to the game in Boulder tomorrow?
