I really wanted Angel at OU, too, but realistically speaking, "there was no room at the inn."

Sometimes timing makes all the difference. If OU hadn't been so successful recruiting the point over the last two years, I think the Sooners would have extended an offer early. But it's September now, and I certainly understand her decision. Personally, I think Bonnie is really putting that program on the right course to success. And it's a great fit, as KU just graduated two very fine guards and needed more help at those positions.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if she started right away. I look forward to her future in the Big 12, and am happy that I'll get to see her play much more often than if she'd gone somewhere like Arkansas.
