Jabir and Colorado recruiting

How do you think Jabir will effect Colorado's recruiting? Why leave a headcoaching position to come to CU, anything cooking under the pot there?

These were questions I asked when I first read about his hiring. On the surface it would appear that CU may attempt to recruit the East more as that is where most of his experience is - with the exception of his stint at Marquette, where he was very successful.

With the cost of living in the Boulder so high I am curious about the financial aspect as well. It would seem that he would be taking a pay cut to be an assistant, although I have no idea how much he was getting at Providence.
