Kelly Jo Mullaney has signed a Financial Aid Agreement with the intent of transferring to the University of Colorado and joining the women's basketball team in 2007-08, CU head coach Kathy McConnell-Miller announced Monday. Mullaney, will sit out the 2007-08 season due to NCAA transfer rules, but will be able to practice with the team. She played in 13 games for Colorado State University during the 2006-07 season, starting in 12, and averaged a team-best 14.5 points per game.
