Team Building for the Cyclones

This article is about the ISU women going to Camp Dodge in Des Moines to tackle their Leadership Reaction Course. My seventh grade students go each year to do the course. It promotes teambuilding and cooperation in a fun and challenging way. Make sure to look at the photos. The stations are a lot harder than they look.

Thanks for the post. I can't believe how few of them I recognize - probably mostly a function of not being in their uniforms! I give Bill credit for doing something like this! Hopefully it pays off, because someone in that bunch needs to learn to lead.....and quick! :)
