1)Tennessee
They are playing like winners so far. They always find ways to win games even when they aren't playing well.

2)Oklahoma
Great team. Great Coaching. Great talent, but too much pressure to win all could be a problem coming March.

3)Uconn
They are good but they have played their most difficult games at home, even if they beat OU next week I'd still rank them behind OU because of HC advantage. Unless they blow OU 120-20!

4)Vandy
Chantelle is just amazing, they are definately Final4 material. If they get their act together by tournament time they should be fine.

5)Georgia
they are playing better than I thought they'd. we'll see in a couple of weeks.

6)Purdue
Playing like winners. They are finding ways to win despite lack of depth. If it wasn't for that they could have won that game against OU. They will sneek up on alot of teams coming March. They should compete for the Nat'l title 2002-2003 season.

7)Iowa st.
great leadership, they will be banged up after B12 season, if they come out of it ok they should ne a big threat.

8)Baylor
This team could be this yr's Xavier, watch out B12!

9)Michigan
Great team, they should compete for B10 title with Purdue and wisconsin. If they get a high seed they could make to tElite 8 easily.

10)Duke
Very talented, if they play like they are capable of they should make it the elite 8.

11)Wisconsin
This team looks like last yr's ND. They could make it to the Final 4.

12)Texas Tech
very talented but lack of depth could be a problem, tough B12 schedule could jeoperdize their road to F4 (because of low seed) coming March.

14)LaTech
They haven't proven much yet.

15)NC state.
same as Latech

16)Stanford.
They are good but they still have alot to prove. lindsey Yamasaki should be a big threat to opponents but she hasn't been lately.

17) Tulane
another xavier, watch out, their easy conference schedule should assure them a high seed coming March.

18)Colorado
I haven't seen much of them but I respect thier record so far.

19)Texas
They are decent but they still have to prove themselves.

20)LSU
Tough OOC, it should prepare them well come march.

21)Colorado St.
They haven't played that many quality opponents yet.

22)UC Santa Barbara
Lindsey Taylor is just out of this world, she will cause problem to a lot of teams just like Ruth Riley did last year. They have a tough OOC. They will sneek up on a lot teams.

23)North carolina
They not this year, they should be a force next year.

24)South Carolina
Decent team but will they survive a tough SEC schedule? we'll see.

25)Michigan St.
They are a lot better than most people think, they will sneek up on alot of people including in the B10.

Final 4:OU, Wisconsin, Vandy and Tennessee

long shot/elite 8: Uconn, Purdue/Michigan , Duke, Tulane

Sweet 16: Stanford, UC Santa Barbara, TTech, Iowa St, Drake, LSU, Penn St, BC.

The problem with the Raiders is just the opposite of lack of depth. There is so much equal talent, 10 very good players deep, that the coaches have a difficult time getting consistency due to multiple player combinations. Team chemistry has taken some time to develop.

Depth will be an asset for Texas Tech during the tough Big 12 schedule.

Otherwise, I have no problem with Tech ranked 12. They must win it on the court if they want to move up.

I think you have Stanford ranked too low, they only lost to Tenn by 6. If Connecticut beats OU, they should be ranked higher, whether it was at home or not.
