Colorado is supposedly looking to sign one or two more players for next season. Logic would dictate a need for guards. I don't have any names at this time.
Recently TheDaily Oklahoman named CU recruit Melissa Hobbs to its "Super 5" team. Following is a profile --
MELISSA HOBBS
Woodward
Ht.: 6-1
Class: Sr.
Position: Forward
The lowdown: There may not be a better shot in the game than the one Hobbs has. Extremely fluid as a scorer and excellent at the top of Woodward's zone defenses, Hobbs was sensational leading the Boomers to back-to-back Class 5A titles. She averaged 17 points per game, dealing with most of the scoring burden after 2001 Miss Basketball Kala Bowers graduated. Hobbs handled the pressure well and was good enough to earn a basketball scholarship to Colorado.
Signature move: Baseline drive. Pull-up 12-footer.
I started playing organized basketball when I was: in third grade.
If I had a personalized license plate, it would be: Hobbs22.
Favorite movie: Love and Basketball.
I would buy a ticket to watch: The Final Four.
If I could have dinner with three people, they would be: Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, my parents.
Favorite basketball memory: Winning state.
One possession I would not give up is: My truck.
If I were president, I would: Have school three days a week instead of five.
Favorite music: R&B.
PlayStation or read a book? PlayStation.

Apparently Colorado is still involved in recruiting Oklahoma. Here are a couple of potential future recruits:
BRITNEY BROWN
Norman North
Ht.: 5-7
Class: Jr.
Pos.: Guard
The lowdown: One of four non-seniors on the first team, Brown was a slashing success in getting Norman North into the Class 6A semifinals. Excellent at getting to the basket; quick enough to create her own shot. Brown and second-team All-City pick Kendall Cunningham made the best backcourt in Class 6A. Brown averaged 16.2 points and 3.8 assists.
College choices: Oklahoma State, Colorado, Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma
RACHEL MARTIN
Edmond Memorial
Ht.: 5-11
Class: Jr.
Pos.: Forward
The lowdown: A repeat all-city performer. Martin had a sensational junior season, leading the Bulldogs to the Class 6A semifinals. Martin averaged 18.1 points, 9.4 rebounds, more than two steals and two rebounds as Memorial went 21-6. Martin's asset is flexibility. Can play down low or use the dribble drive to get to the basket.
College choices: Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Arkansas, Colorado
