The blessing and the curse of regional FSN and local cable is you get what they think most locals want. I live in Lincoln and once or twice a year an ISU game is scheduled and shows on the on-screen guide and is bumped by something Nebraska. The vast majority of Lincolnites, no doubt, didn't care or approved. Sometimes it isn't FSN but the local cable. I'm going to be a lot less philosophical if they mess with this one. I work this evening but I'll have it on dvr. :ISU:

My parents, who live in Albuquerque, are always complaining about Fox Sports. For some reason, the TV guide in the newspaper thinks that Comcast is showing Fox Sports Rocky Mountain in Albuquerque, but really they get Fox Sports Arizona. They always think they're getting a Big XII game when they turn on the TV, but what shows up is a Pac 10 game.

A suggestion from someone who struggles with Fox Sports Northwest:

Pull up the Fox Sports channel listings using your Zip Code http://msn.foxsports.com/wcbk

Then look for broadcasts after midnight (the quarter-final Big 12 games were shown at 1 and 3 a.m. here). Thank goodness for VCRs!
