Thanks OU. They can breath again.

7 teams get host seeds. Critics charge selection committee fraud. Big 12 coaches inhale and hold their breath. What if the conference screws this up? Wastes these chances?

Early signs not good. Longhorns have close games (uninformed outsiders don't realize ALL of Longhorns games are close). Baylor and Iowa St stumble. Critics say "See? We were right."

Incredible irony-Tennessee vs Vandy in same region is a travesty of justice. Tech vs Oklahoma vs Colorado in same region is a set up to guarantee a B12 team in the F4.

Colorado beats Stanford sending a B12 team to the F4. Critics say "See? We were right."

OU whips Duke. Critics say, "Poor Duke, such a young team, played a poor game and still came within 2 in the second half. But....maybe this OU team ain't bad, they might play better than Tennessee."

On Sunday, OU loses the game but wins respect. Critics silent. Big 12 coaches exhale.

No more "do you have to get a team to the final four to be legit?"

The preseason media day should be much more interesting now that they must find a new question.

Good job Sooners!

I think the next question will be who will follow in their footsteps next year? http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/smile.gif
