...as posted above should follow the logic of overall win/loss record in the event of a tie. Being an Aggie's dad, I like seeing them at the top, but it should be NU, OU, A&M, BU, ISU, UT, TTU, OSU, and CU

most times I would agree with that, but not when tamu has head to head victories over ou and neb. ou is ahead of nebraska via head to head victory. I don't know at this time is we would have tiebreaker with ttu but isu should be where texas is in those standings because we beat texas head to head.

As posted above is by conference record. Once conference starts, rankings are rendered by conference loss & wins, including the conference tourney, not overall. Then when the season is over, the overall record is used to select teams for the Tourney.

Actually, both Texas A & M and OU own the tiebreaker over Nebraska. I don't think you can break the tie between TAMU and OU yet.

I try to just stick with head to head match ups right now. And if there isn't one, then just use overall record. No sense in trying to determine all tie-breakers when all games have not been played yet. But good point on the ISU-UT head to head matchup. I'll switch those.

Tie-breakers don't come into play until all conference games are played. I was simply refering to the Standings as indicated by the Big 12 Conference Site. They don't get everything right, but I agree with the way they post the standings using all conference games first and then overall record. Certainly ISU should be in the left hand column above ahead of Tech.

Well, I kinda like how the Big XII has it listed as well :D

I would like to see them listed as they would be seeded for the Big 12 tourney if it were held today. I think that would make the most sense.

I would like to see Tech at the top ;)
But I'd settle for over Texas since we did win that head-to-head :)
