Jack Easley is currently an OSU assistant. I believe he's been there for quite some time.

I think he's been there almost as long as Halterman....I'm not positive and can't seem to find any info on their site about their assistant coaches.

I did hear that Easley does go out and recruit, which is more than I heard that Halterman does........

I say scrap both of 'em and START over......they do have a couple of young female assistants that I hope are included in the new coaching staff....I don't even know who they are, but Sherri Coale and her staff seem to know one, they always hug her and speak to her...more than just shaking a hand before and after a game.

I would actually like to see Ripptoe-Blair, though she may be perfectly happy in San Antonio and Whaley is one of her assistants, so perhaps it's best they stay put.

Leaving 6:30 am Friday, we have to pick our tickets up @ the Alamodome...and check into our hotel prior......rooms extremely scarce, want to make sure they don't give ours away.

What's the point of firing Halterman if you hire a long time assistant? Yes, I also heard Halterman didn't recruit. Have fun and let's hope ESPN has to eat crow this weekend!
