Welch, a senior wing for the Oklahoma Sooners, and Robertson, a senior forward for the Texas Tech Lady Raiders, face off once again at 6 p.m. Monday in their final Big 12 Conference South Division game at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, Okla.

“It’s scary to think that this is the last time I’ll play against Alesha in the Lloyd Noble Center,” Welch said. “I’ve enjoyed every single chance I’ve gotten to play against her. She is definitely one of my favorite people and my best friend.”

Don't know how big it is, but I do know how far it is. My mom's best girl friend from high school lives there and I once drove my mom from the far NE corner of Oklahoma clear to Plainview straight through. I told my mom, from now on, I'll be buying you a SW Airlines ticket to Lubbock and she can come pick you up. :eek:

Chelsi always gets lots of cheers and support in the USA....she's one of the players I most regret Tech not signing. But she found a great place for her at OU - I hope she & Alesha get to realize all of their dreams. They've earned it.
