Just under 9 minutes left in the first half the Jayhawks are pummeling Creighton 22-4.

Freshman Kelly Kohn leads KU with 10 pts. Taylor McIntosh has 6.

Half time at the Civic Center in Omaha and KU has doubled the score on Creighton 36-18. Bluejays made a run right before half outscoring the Jayhawks 10-3.

KU is led by Kelly Kohn's 10 and Sade Morris' 9. KU has forced 15 turnovers which led to 16 points.

Creighton got within 8 but KU made their freethrows down the stretch and wound up winning 60-47.

Sade Morris finishes with 14 points, Kelly Kohn put in 11.

how good a team does Creighton have this year?
Kansas has not won in Omaha, Neb., since 1997.

Wow our Frosh keep makin think there is hope-Kohn is a competitor(FG percentage isn't great.....but o well!), Morris is dynamite(loved her in HS and love her more now!), and McCray is coming on! I need Jacobs and Ballweg to step it up and well..........maybe some help inside? Understand that it is hardest to adjust to in college game though.
