I think the Big Twelve may have ruled a forfeit when replays showed that we touched the tip-off before DePaul.
Sybarite, classic! :)
Honestly though, I'm glad we aren't in that horrid last place position. Unfortunately for Kansas, they may find it hard to dig out from there - this year.

This doesn't surprise me at all. It took them until last week to get a culmulative schedule for the entire Big XII up. The women never did get a recruiting article like the men.....
I don't get it, I really don't. :(
That's what I gaffed at when Dru Hancock said the tourney location would have a lot to do with how well OKC supported the women's tourney and how they handled the women's side of things......
I'll believe that when I start seeing pigs flying over Norman, although that could very well happen with the 60 MPH winds we are supposed to get tonite

swok, don't sweat those winds. We've been in a high wind warning since 10 am today that extends to noon tomorrow, and the strongest winds I've seen today were before 7 am this morning. If this is a high wind warning, standards are way down from what they used to be. I've seen 147 in Boulder, so you can understand when I say that the winds weren't even a strong breeze, I think I know what I'm talking about.

Well, you guys usually get the weather we get here in NM about a day or two later. Yesterday, we had so much wind that at 7 am a semi truck flipped on the highest level of our only interstate interchange and dumped hay everywhere. Then at 7 pm another semi truck flipped at the same place and dumped its load. I'm so glad I don't have to drive the interstate because it was a mess pretty much all day.
So, it was pretty windy here. swok, maybe you'll see some of that hay flying.

It was swine and roses!!!!
(actually, I never found out what it was, but they kept saying on the news: "We're being told its probably not hazardous material" )

Oh, *that* truck. If it was going to WIPP, worry. If it was leaving already, no worries.
We had gusts exceeding 67 mph here in Lubbock today. Lots of stuff flying, including a Toyota-size bedliner scooting 'round the North Loop sans truck.
No pigs I saw, but the night is young....
