Just type in www.uwbadgers.com (http://www.uwbadgers.com) and you will get the University of Wisconsin athletic website. Then scroll down the page till you find an article titled "Final Women's Basketball Attendace Rankings". I find that approach works best for me all year long with the U. W. site. They move the article around some during the year but you can always find it under some logical title.

An Ohio State fan came on our boards talking about making a big push to steal Mulkey from us. Wanted to see what they've been drawing.

Sorry to be redundant. It looks like we both replied at the same time.

You guys need to be smarter than the webpage... http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/wink.gif (My team is gone, but that doesn't mean I can't still talk trash.) The page uses frames, but you can still link to the article by right-clicking the link and clicking "Copy Shortcut" (at least in IE). Here it is: http://www.uwbadgers.com/sport_news/wbb/headlines/story.asp?id_number=2002_03_19_09_50_wbb

KMR to Ohio State? I had also read Fennelly's name brought up.
So what's OSU's attendance? Big 12 vs Big 10. I know where I'd STAY! http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/smile.gif

You wouldn't believe some of the big names being brought up with respect to the OSU job. We're talking multiple WNBA coaches as well as top college coaches.

Coaches named in the article:

Pirtle-Cincinnati
Foster-Vandy
Landers-Georgia
Fennelly-ISU
Agler-Lynx (not interested in the job)
Peck-Mystics
Fortner-Fever (not interested in the job)

OSU is 11th in the nation in attendance, while BU is 14th.

Wow, I'm surprised to see them that high--they weren't very good at all this past year were they?

So big12bear, do you think KMR would seriously consider leaving BU and moving to Big 10 land?

From all accounts I have been hearing from her, she loves it here. Waco is considered a big city for her. Her husband just started a successful business here, the kids love it, she is in a recruiting hotbed, has great fan support, is compensated nicely, and has had immediate success in her 2 years here.

OSU would be tempting, but she's just not a northern, big city kind of girl. Of course coaches will be coaches, meaning they'll probably take a look. But I doubt that she'll be leaving here. WHat I'm more worried about is after Barmore retires from LA Tech, that they'll come to Mulkey on their hands and knees, begging for her to take over in metropolitan Ruston.
Now THAT would hurt.

Baylor had better be good to coach Kim!!!

She will be staying around in my opinion. I don't see her as a coach that would move very often. I have also heard that she and her family is very happy in Waco. The kids are young and I believe she wants to keep them in one place for a good while.

I salute you mred. Your way is more elegant, but mine uses less keystrokes. http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/wink.gif

Thanks for your work on this board mred. It often rescues computer semi-illiterates like me. I just find whatever way that works for me and I use it. I was kind of a hot shot computer jock with cobol and basic and I even got pretty good with the origial PC's but I just don't have enough "want to" to go beyond coping with the new stuff. Windows AND Mac's don't seem all that "intuitive" to me.

Btw, race cars and pictures have frames, computers have plastic boxes. http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/wink.gif
