In the player's bios, there is a photo of each of the players with their families that looks like senior nite.

Does Baylor do something akin to senior nite for it's underclassmen?

Usually we do something like a "parent's night" or the like, where each player's family is introduced at halftime during a random game. It's a nice thing for the underclassmen, especially if we're down big at the half and the ceremony shaves a few minutes off of the "motivational halftime speech!!" ;)

Baylor has a Parents night in addition to the last home game that is Senior night.

Yes, swok, they do. They have a Family Night, honoring all players and managers and their families. It's always a lot of fun seeing the families and how proud they are of their Lady Bear. Ditto for the player being proud of their family. The Family Night is a separate event from Senior Night.
