Question: They had a tip-off to start the overtime, and it ended in a scramble on the floor for the ball. If there had been a held-ball called, who would get it? Neither team had possession at any time (so nobody won the tip) and the possession arrow is reset for OT. Would they do a second tip-off?

I sure wish Shereka Wright would have come to Baylor. She was the Super Centex Player of the year. Her high school career was at Copperas Cove, a short distance from Waco. Wright could make the difference in this game.

mred, my thought would be that the home team would have first possession on a held ball, if they actually reset the possession clock for OT.

Anyone know what the foul situtions are for the teams? I know 1 ODU player has fouled out.

I think it must be getting dicey for both teams, but if Purdue doesn't come up with some quick answers, this game is over.
