I am watching the Duke/TCU game, and the showing is TERRIBLE! There are plenty of empty seats at courtside. The people that they are showing in the stands look like they have never been more bored in their lives. Very frustrating to watch.

That was probably great attendance for Duke. Why in the world would a recruit want to go play for Duke in an empty and quiet Cameron? Its a small arena too.
How about the attendance at Stanford last night? It was pretty low too but not as bad as Duke.
The official box score for the Duke-TCU game lists 4,794 for the attendance. What a joke. The Invisible Man and his many relatives must have showed up for the game.

The Stanford-Weber State attendance was 4,190.

Cyco, I've been checking box scores for most game to tally our team competition between some of us hoopscoops members, and they are mostly in the 4000-6000 range until you hit the big 12. (I don't remember Uconn's, but they would be a sellout)

And the Big 12 sweeping top attendance for 1, 2 and 3 seed listings. BU number was 10,074 for last night's 2nd round game.
Those are all impressive first round numbers for the conference across the board.

By the way, I think that Tech also has the top listing for the 4 seeds. I know it is higher than that PSU figure.
