I'm listening the Kansas State game through the Arkansas broascast and it sounds like they are having problem with the lights in the arena.

Update at the half.......Kansas State leads 44-42.
Kendra Wecker has three fouls, Brie Madden has 3 fouls.
Laurie Koehn has come to pick up the slack, she has 16 points....
3 points, 2 points, she don't care.
Arkansas is playing a pressuring defense......and I think these young girls are handling it mighty well, except Brie's having a hard time handling the ball.
Go, young ones, go........... http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/ksu.gif

This game sounds like it will be as exciting as the Baylor game.

I hope it's not. http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/smile.gif I have no reason to root for Arkansas, so I hope KSU runs away at the end.

This is such a fun team to watch, great to see these kids do so well. Very nice job and another B12 team in the Sweet 16!

The young ones played with the heart of champions. I was so impressed that they adjusted to everything Arkansas threw at them.
Arkansas starting rushing shots in the later part of the 2nd half and Ohlde grabbed the rebound.......
way to go, young ones........way to go.

Man it was LOUD in Bramlage tonight. I don't know how they do the attendence math but there were not many empty seats. I expect they don't count the bands and other school representatives as well as NCAA types.
This was a VERY in your face defensive effort by Arkansas. They scrapped from start to finish but just could not quite match KSU's skill level. Koehn was magnificent considering that she is not a true point guard.
Thanks for the positive comments from all you HoopScoopers. GO WILDCATS! GO BIG XII!

Congrats to KState on continuing the dream season. As a former Lady 'Back season ticket holder, I have to admit I was pulling for Arkansas but not too hard. It sounds like a great game..saw the last seconds...the crowd was going wild.

KSUron......I heard you. That was the loudest crowd I've heard at any NCAA game.....I didn't get to watch the Texas Tech game, though.
