Does anyone have any news about where some of the Oklahoma juco players have signed for next year?

Curious, are you related to that poster aka buddyjack (Kyle Lingerfelt of womenshoopscoop.fraud) at RebKell?

Or perhaps are you just trying the "Lingerfelt" approach to finding a job/scholarship for a related party?

Or maybe one of those personal basketball coaches?

Digging up old messages is just kind of unusual so my curiosity meter was triggered.

No, I am not looking for a scholarship or job for anyone. I'm not a trainer nor do I have any of the other motivations you listed. You're reading WAY TOO MUCH into the fact that I made a couple of posts on "old" threads yesterday. The only reason I posted with the "old" thread was that my question/comment was related to those threads. If I violated some type of forum etiquette, I'm sorry. I'm new to the forum & wanted to see what is on here so I searched for anything about kids I knew, resulting in me finding the old threads.

I used to watch some of the girls who have played juco basketball in Oklahoma when they were in high school. I just wondered where some of them were going next year (hence the question about McGhee on one thread & the question on this thread). I have no other motivation other than I am just curious about where these girls are playing next season.

I also gave some information about where a couple of girls ended up on another thread. I have met both Kaylee & Amanda & since the author of the posting on that thread had labeled the kids in the article as D-I wannabe's (see the title of that posting), I thought I would let people know that at least two of them had actually made it to the D-I level and have had some measure of success. Even though Kansas is not very good, it's an accomplishment to start on a Big XII team (Kaylee). I think it's also an accomplishment to play in every game as a sophomore at a D-I school (Amanda). Just my opinion though...

As for being related to any other posters (here or on the other site you mentioned)... Since most everyone posts under a made-up name (aka their user ID), I can't be 100% sure about this, but I don't think I know or am related to anyone else who posts on this site.

Fair enough, CGeorge. Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.

As you mentioned, most all participants post under some alias user name. Some people take advantage of that anonymity for personal advantage. Those folks rankle me a bit.

I very much appreciate that you are not that type.

Thanks again and welcome to the board.

No problem, DblT81.
