ok, that link has to do with former Kelvin Sampson's salary, but I've seen talk of Big XII coaching salaries. I knew that OU had restructured salaries a few years back to include incentive bonuses. I could never really find a link that says how much Sherri is making, but this link illustrates some of the bonus money the OU coaches have in their contracts. These numbers are Kelvin's, so Sherri's may differ.
These bonuses included $20,000 for winning the Big 12 tournament or regular season and an additional $10,000 for winning both championships. If the team won at least 20 games, Sampson would receive an additional $10,000. He also could get an additional $15,000 for finishing in the top 25 in the AP or coaches poll, $10,000 for being Big 12 coach of the year by the AP or coaches and $25,000 for being named National Coach of the Year by the AP, Naismith or both.
Sampson also could receive additional bonuses, based on how far OU went through the NCAA tournament. This ranged from $10,000 for appearing in the tournament, to $100,000 for winning the tournament. Bonuses offered for a 70 percent NCAA graduation rate or a team grade point average of 3.0 or better, cumulative or by the semester, were $5,000
