Editor's note: As the NCAA celebrates its 25th season of women's basketball, ESPN and ESPN.com count down the top 25 moments of NCAA Tournament history. Here, we continue the countdown with memorable NCAA moment No. 15, Jackie Stiles' 41-point performance to lead her fifth-seeded Lady Bears past top-seeded Duke in the 2001 Sweet 16.

Jackie was probably the most watchable player I have ever seen. I'm not sure we'll see her likes again. A legend in Kansas before she ever stepped on the court at SMS, she was pretty well ignored in the national scene until right at the end when everyone finally jumped on the band wagon saying, "Whoa, where has this girl been?" The answer was right there in the gym, putting in countless hours of practice and 3,393 points along the way.

While I enjoy them, must the ESPN "Moments" be so momentary? I'm convinced there's more build-up than there is tribute paid.

There were several factors that got me interested in women's basketball, but Jackie Stiles was definitely at the top of the list. She was a phenom on the court. I had never seen anything like her.

I know. It is like before you even realize what you are watching they are over. My favorite so far has been No. 21 "Duke ends Vols' dream of a fourpeat". I will never forget that one. I loved Duke's Michele VanGorp and Nicole Erickson. VanGorp has that awesome sweeping hook shot. It is a shame she rarely used it.

How can anyone not love Jackie Stiles? She is a freakin' legend.
