Coach Halterman:
"(The team) was focused on the NCAA (tournament), and that was their goal. I'm not sure, if they got together as a group today, if the feeling would be the same, but nothing's been determined on it. For the most part, several of our kids felt that they didn't want to play in the WNIT and if that's their choice, we'll honor that. With me being gone, it is their choice and it's more about them than anything else."
Sr. Tari Cummings:
On the possibility of a WNIT bid:
"We have talked previously about that as a team. Right now, I'm not sure our response to such an offer would be a positive response."
