I'm so confused tonight. Our team actually lost to the Missouri Tigers, and it looks like they're on their way to the NCAAs now. But I can't get my mind off this handsome man that sat in row 7, section A-30, at Hearnes tonight...

Dear Diary
For the second year in a row, we lost to Iowa State in the Big XII tournament championship game. Now four of our last 5 conference losses have been to Iowa State (the other coming against Missouri a few weeks ago). We just found out that we are the top seed in the West region, which is quite an accomplishment for our team.

Dear Diary,
After years of having no representatives in the Final Four, the Big XII has managed to snag all four spots! Besides us, Iowa State won the Midwest, Kansas State won the Mideast, and Baylor won the East. Now we have to face Kansas State, a team we beat in sextuple overtime in the regular season. I hope this game doesn't go 70 minutes...

Dear diary,
April fools! I only wish our octuple overtime loss to Iowa State in the finals was a joke. Good thing we can rest for several months before our next game! This season is further proof that the Big XII conference truly is the best conference in the land!

Its kind of hard to cheer against OU after reading Coache Coale's diary; but somehow I think I will rise to the occasion for one short night on Wednesday. I love this game and this league!

Well said, Ron. It is hard to root against her, she's a fine lady. But come Feb. 21st I'll sure find a way! GO TIGERS!!
