<hr>"The Conference's Principles and Standards of Sportsmanship require that coaches refrain from making public comments critical of game officials," said Big 12 Commissioner Kevin Weiberg. "In addition, it is Conference policy to not publicly comment as to the correctness or incorrectness of judgment calls by officials. Although we would like every game to be perfectly officiated, it is recognized that each and every game will have a certain number of incorrect calls and that, unfortunately, some of those may come at a critical juncture in a contest. The Big 12 has a comprehensive program to review the performance of its officials and judgment calls are taken into account in the determination of an official's ability to work for the Big 12."
