While I'm not surprised at the win for OU. I am surprised at the score. I would have expected a blowout!

The boxscore so far...looks like a pretty even deal in the 2nd half.

game was MUCH closer than what the score indicated.........
actually, I can't believe OU won by 16. Sloppy, sloppy game for OU, bad passes galore. Didn't seem anyone could score in the 1st half; mind you........Texas A & M sticks to their man like glue, they jump in the pass lanes and if anyone is caught playing absentminded...
they will take the ball away. Scrappy, scrappy team Texas A & M is...I really like Peggy Gillom's on-court persona. She doesn't yell at her kids, she doesn't hang on the refs ear.

I think about the 7/8 minute mark that Stacey Dales decided it was time for her to turn on the juice and she did.....she had great shots in the first half....just wasn't shooting quite hard enough to get the thing in the basket.........

and towards the end, Texas A & M hit a couple of 3-balls (actually
Rose hit an awesome shot and the refs said her foot was on the line)...........incredible shot to turn around on a screen and nail it.
I think my hoping that Nebraska would give K-State a game backfired as the OU starters had to stay on the floor for the majority of the game.

Kudo's to this Texas A & M team.........they were in the game ENTIRELY until maybe the 2 minute mark......and I think if they play that scrappy defense, the may win a couple more.....
