Nebraska has signed Elena Diaz a 6-1 forward out of Dodge City Community College. She hails from Medellin Columbia.

This has to be one of most aggressive signing periods the program's had in a while.
Connie's playing riverboat gambler and I like it, but I'm wary of a lot of JUCO players coming in. I hope we get some solid basketball players, not a group of multilingual Monae Williamses and Casey Leonhardts.

One good thing is that fall camp will be survivor's camp of attritrion. Now we will see something this team has to find out, who can play and who can't.

This year we find out what kind of coach we have. It's really Connie's team now.

Let's hope Yori puts together a tough non-conference schedule with some Big 12 type calibur schools in order to get these JUCO's in cohesion with their new teammates and ready for competition in Big 12.
