Unlike Tech, they are turning the ball over to much. Maybe it is TAMU's defense and Tocarra. Tech so far has 20 turnovers (Erin has 7 of them). Tocarra has 7 steals.

This is the one team that is just flat out dangerous.

And the game is tied with about 2 minutes left.

Texas Tech's only taken 2 - 3 point shots all night and only Grant has hit.

And that turned out to the backbreaker play of the night....

A certain Tech "fan" suggested that barely beating the last place team in the Big 12 is not an accomplishment to brag about for a former #1 team. After a 2-point win by Texas, OT by OU, 3 pt by Baylor, I'm thrilled with a W at all. A&M is the best last-place conference team in the nation in my opinion.

Whew!.....I'm still shaking...

I spent the last 10 minutes kneading bread and it's probably the hardest kneaded bread around.

Coach Sharp did a great job there at the end and Toya brings back another close one.

Waaay too many turnovers, we're lucky that TAMU wasn't shooting better or rebounding better, this one could have really gotten away. Dang, Blair's done a great job with this team.

I don't want to see A&M again this year!

Agree with everyone on the board that A&M is WAYYYY better than their standings. I saw them play UT in Austin and College Station and they are dang good team. Congrats to Tech for getting the W and kudos to A&M for keeping yet another really good team on the edge for 40 min.

I've said something similar before, but A&M has to be one of the most amazing last place teams in the history of women's basketball.

Their team is literally capable of beating anyone, and yet they just keep falling short again and again.

Look for them to have a huge improvement next year, even without Williams. (Somebody please tell me she's a senior...)

Toccarra Williams is definitely a senior. I hope the WNBA survives long enough for me to see Williams play.
