After Watching ISU/Neb and TTU/KSU it's quite clear that most B12 don't play good defense at all. It's all about offense. Check out these defense team stats by ESPN.com, http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/wbasketball/leaders?cat=2&type=2, no B12 team in the top 40! If this doesn't improve come march there will be problems. What do you all think?

I haven't seen a team this year with better ball movement than what Kansas St. showed today. Whose defense are you referring to? Except for UConn, which is in a class by itself, and maybe Tenn., I haven't seen anyone who plays much better D than what you see in the Big 12, i.e., as a conference.

Don't play good defense at all? Defense isn't just about points allowed. Check out the field goal percentage defense...Baylor and Colorado are both in the top 40 of that.
You should also check out the field goal percentages of the teams you're talking about. K-State is the second best offensive team in the Big 12 with 79.2 ppg, 12th in the nation. They just happen to be the fourth best shooting team in the nation at 50.9%. Four Big 12 teams in the top 40 in that category, and all three of them have long range bombers burying shots with people in their face (KSU, ISU, OU and CU), not JUST 6-4 players hitting shots from the block, even though they have those too.
The Big 12 has some of the best defense in the land, night in and night out with few exceptions. Two games don't make a rep. That bothers me a bit...it's like you're discrediting the shooters in the conference by saying that the defense stinks just because it's a high scoring conference. I think the conference has balance on both ends of the floor.
