UConn will probably fall this weekend from the top spot. A big 12 school probably become #1 on monday in the polls. I realisticly do not feel it will last long. UConn will be back in the top spot before the end of the season and all the hype will still be there around them when the tournament comes around. My reasons are the same that has been argued for some time. The Big 12 and SEC are just to competitive. It is nearly impossible for a team to go undefeated. UConn is likely every year to go undefeated in their conference, thus they always will be around the top spot. I believe also a lot of UConn's weaknesses came out yesterday. This is good for the Big 12 because this could be our first National Championship. There are several teams who can win it all this year. It is going to be a great year of women's basketball.

UCONN does still have Tennessee ahead.....so it's possible that they will have 2 losses before tourney time.....same goes for Tenn.

So, what about Duke? What does the rest of their schedule look like?
