KSU has announced the ISU game joins the Nebraska game and the upcoming Texas Tech game as "sell outs". The Wednesday night game with KU has about 7,800 tickets sold! I'm told about half the crowd at Stilwater was purple. I just haven't adjusted to all this yet.
KSU says they have added staff everywhere. Concessions, ushers, ticket takers, more everything.

KSUron enjoy the rollacoaster ride. My suggestion to you is get your season tickets NOW. Look for your ticket price to increase next year. I remember at ISU went the other team would have more fans than ISU. That changed after Fennelly came.

You are right about that. I had two season tickets out of the 173 they sold last year, and four out of the 1,500 they sold this year. My seats are in row 10 at center court, and no I have no plans to give them up!

KSURon, what do season tickets sell for at KSU? They vary at Baylor, mine were 105.00 each. Some go for as little as 35.00 each (SEASON TICKETS). Mine started at 65.00 per season when I first started buying them and they have steadily increased. How about other schools around the league?

Well for the past two years they have been $50 bucks either reserved or not. I expect some of the several hundred folks who bought unreserved season tickets figured if friends came with them it would be easier to sit together. Having at least some part of a brain I did see this coming, although not to THIS extent, and my solution was to buy two extra tickets. So far finding someone to go to the games with us has NOT been a problem. I'm not going to bet that my four tickets will be $200 next year.

TTU: $96 for upper level
$187 for lower level
$??? for PSL's (These are the premium seats. You have to
call the ticket office for specific seats so I don't know.)

Hey! I just noticed I'm listed as a starter. KOOL, it must mean I'm on here too much.

This is truly amazing. This is more meteoric than the rise at ISU. Congrats KSU.
Will be interested to see how many season tickets they sell for next season.

Another sellout? Can you say..."1 Million Fans"? I think you can.
I have a feeling a number of those fans in purple are going to ooze down from north of the border, and from points east, like Lawrence.
The Big 12 really is the best conference in the nation this year

I think you are right Chipper. And I think some of that purple may also ooze on up to Lincoln for the Nebraska game. I hope to make that trip.

OU's are $50 reserved and this is the first year for reserved...
I think OU's growth hasn't quite had the fire that even Iowa State's has....General Admission is ?35/40 and I don't think those tickets are limited to a particular game, right?...not sure about that. In the past OU has always had "flex" tickets..
20 tickets to any game for about the same as the 1 reserved seat cost this year....
OU's have gone up so marginally in the last 4 years, I don't expect them to jump a whole lot....could be wrong though. I, too, went ahead and purchased an extra seat.
