Thanks Swok! Reviewing the WBCA Preseason RPI rankings of the 300+ Division One teams, here are where the Big 12 teams are ranked:

The report is for the strength of schedule portion of the RPI and not the actual RPI. Am I correct? I am not sure I agree with how the report is calculated. Seems odd to base so much on last years win/loss records. http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/confused.gif

This is ranking for strength of schedule only but it does count towards a percentage of the RPI rankings.

This is just a preseason ranking based on an opponent's prior season won/loss record. It will NOT be used for this year's RPI but is done as a "hint" (Summerville's word) of how difficult a schedule might be this season.
Current year RPI is only developed after there have been enough games in the current season to begin linking results.
For teams participating in the Preseason WNIT, only the first game has been counted in this preseason SOS calculation. Those teams that will likely go to deeper rounds and play tougher opponents do not get any credit in this preseason calculation.
