With about 4 minutes left, CU is down 59-71. Looking forward to hear what happened and hoping for CU to pull out a win, though they were down at the half as well.

Not good indeed! CU lost 69-81, they laid an egg in Ft. Collins tonight. Basically, they couldn't shoot from the floor and weren't able to hit consistently from the line either. The poor shooting I could see coming. They haven't shot well against decent teams this season.

All my concerns about this team seem to be coming to fruition. They don't get consistent scoring from the forwards and if the guards are cold then the team is really in trouble. And that's what happened tonight. Yes, Mandy Nightingale scores 20 points, but she got hot only when CU was down by double digits.

CU has now played two ranked teams on the road and not been in the game down the stretch. This is obviously a concern.

Colorado is now 5-2, CSU is 5-0.

Next up for the Buffs is Iowa, Sunday in Boulder.

choke on the open net. My Buffaloes can't seem to get it done on the road. This team resembles that of last year for sure, which is all well and good considering 22-9 but they aren't going to be sneaking up on anyone this time around...i mean shouldn't they be improving? Geez. Tera Bjorklund still seems to be the real deal. we'll see as the season progresses.
