Now that it has been sorted out who has the best dancers, mascot and band....
On Tuesday's postseason coaches conference call Kim Mulkey-Robertson praised (and that might be too subdued a word for her reaction) Voepel's column on ESPN.com about the predetermined sites.
KMR said she got the same call from the NCAA that Jody got telling her to hush and quit making a fuss about the NCAA tournament.
KMR is funny because she really wants to say what she thinks about things so you can tell when she has these pauses before an answer that she is trying to be PC. A reporter asked her if she was OK with being in the WNIT. She said that the Baylor administration made the decision to play in the WNIT. That was after wrangling with herself out loud on how not to say what her position was.
Some of it was pretty boring because an AP reporter kept asking about Northern Iowa. Cindy Stein has a plethora of info about N. Iowa if anyone else cares.
