My daughter has just been cleared for a kidney transplant in the San Antonio hospital. We too have exhausted all our family members without finding a match. She is a blood type O and is not eligible for the shared/paired donation program. Makes it a lot harder to find a match for her. Stories like this gives me hope that God will put it on someone heart to give her back her life. Such an easy thing to do these days. Surgery is "band-aid surgery" now with only a 2-3 day hospitalization and all the cost is borne by the recipient. The waiting list for cadaver donors is 3-5 years. She will not survive that long so please keep her in your prayers.

Fifties is a friend of mine and her daughter is dangerously ill. If you're willing to consider it, the hot line number is 1-214-575-4483 and you would need to say you're calling about Cynthia Craker (Cray-ker). I'm the wrong blood type need to be 0+. Fifties was born with only 1 kidney so cannot donate and is just going through agony right now. Thank you.
