In the next decade will McDonald's McMuffins be the size of a quarter?
When we open packages of chips, will there just be a handful and the rest of the bag filled with even more air?
Will making one of my mom's recipes calling for a standard 4oz package of jello or instant pudding that is now 3.8 or 3.5 ozs be even more difficult to measure when trying to compensate by being forced to buy another package?
Will companies making laundry detergent keep wasting cardboard by maintaining their product packaging size even though there's a 1/3 less product inside? I wonder what the cost versus payoff is justifying keeping the packaging the same size (which costs more money) even though they're saving money by not filling it full with the actual product? Is the expense worth the subliminal trick of fooling us consumers at the point of purchase?
Will one day our children's children being making 6 figure salaries and living no better than what we are today?
