Colorado isn't exactly entering the Pac 10 on a good note with the recent news of them losing Football & Basketball scholarships..
The reduction in scholarships at CU was already taken in 2009. They knew it was coming with the APR numbers and so pro-actively applied the sanctions. So they are back to full complement of scholarships for 2010.

Yeah, I saw that. But is Colorado really going to be able to raise the APR from sub-900 (or was that the men's basketball) up to 925 in one year?
Either way, if things get turned around, they should be back above the cutoff since the move isn't coming for 2 years(supposedly).
