last night? After such a great week, I just knew she would be on fire at home last night. If my calculations are right, she only scored 2 Hoopla points. Chelsea Welch also had a poor night shooting and wound up with a -2 Hoopla score. I thought I had a really good Hoopla team put together for session 9 and it blew up on me. Oh well, I'll settle for a Baylor road win over a decent Hoopla score any day.

By my calcs, Chelsi ended up with 5 points--it looks like maybe you are subtracting her missed 7 3-pointers after already substracting the 11 missed shots total?

Ditto for Lindsey Wilson--I counted 7 points for her. Still not the performances those of us who used them in our Hoopla lineups expected!!! btw, 9 turnovers??? Is Lindsey just trying to do to much for her team?

It was part of a team effort by ISU, who let a 24 point halftime lead evaporate in the first 6 minutes of the second half. OSU went on a 23-3 run to cut the lead to four before ISU woke up and went on a run of their own.

When you are the focus - nay, the very nerve center of your team and your opponent keys on you the entire game, you're gonna turn the ball over, especially on the perimeter. Likely a big part of OSU's game plan to work for turnovers/easy buckets since they have shot so terribly all year.

Lindsey is human - it happens.

"What happened to Lindsey Wilson..." I put her on my hoopla team. That's What. Seems to be the kiss of death this year.

Could you put her on your team for this next game too, please?

Having seen several ISU games over her career, in which she has been an awesome point guard and leader, I was curious as to what was going on...it seems uncharacterisitic of what I've seen in the past. A few turnovers? Yes, but nearly double digits is surprising to me from a player that I thought would be a leading POY candidate for the conference.

You could tell the Baylor game had an impact on the OSU game. Wilson wasn't fully at 100%, it was clear from looking at her shot that she was a little drained. The turnovers were from a combination of making A LOT of mental mistakes in the first 7 minutes of the second half. The team simply didn't play well and OSU capitalized on it.

Glad they pulled it out though. :-)
