Thanks...HoopScoop for putting this link up on the main page. A really nice article in the OU paper about Tech.

"The first time we went into their arena, we weren't very good," OU assistant coach Jan Ross said. In the throes of a 5-22 season, to be exact. "But it didn't matter (to Tech)," Ross said. "To them, we were first class."

Everything Tech does has a stamp of class on it," said Coale, whose third-ranked Sooners face the ninth-ranked Lady Raiders at 2 p.m. today. "They win with grace. They lose with grace. When you got to their place, someone meets you. When you walk in the door, you have everything you need."

Thanks...Coach Coale we think the same of you and your team! You certainly won with grace today.

I too thought this was a great article, of course! http://hoopscoop.net/ubb/wink.gif

And I will also say, right back at ya Coach Coale. OU has achieved its goal of being a class act too.

I should add to this a verbatim quote from Coach Fennelly, made on his call-in show last Thursday:

"Marsha Sharp is a class act."

He also said explicitly that Iowa State has modeled its program on the one created at Texas Tech.
