Pierson was huge..29 pts (11-14) 6 boards, 12 players, 11 scored. Kansas was limited to 33% from the field..but their ability to knock down the free throws certainly helped kick up the score.

Kansas outrebounded Tech by a couple. Coach Weese seemed very pleased...but he can't be happy to lose the rebounding battle.

it sounded like Mik Tennal had the entire of town of Centralia, KS in the area. She was 3 for 3 on 3PTs.

The Lady Raiders now have a week off before hosting ISU.

Good game for Mik in front of the home town folks. Really happy for her!

Nice solid win on the road for Tech. They are going to have their work cut out for them next weekend if ISU continues the 3 point barrage they had at Baylor. Seems like they've saved up all the 3 pointers they missed early in the year and have decided to trot them all out in conference play.

Tough loss for Wilson who played a whale of a game.
