IA MVC showdown with UNI visiting Drake. Under 2 minutes to go and UNI (who ISU beat handily) is looking like they will win and do something ISU couldn't do, win at Drake.

Bradley 63 Creighton 56 Another strange one in the Valley, the Braves shot over 50% from the floor, The Bluejays barely 20% including 3-23 on threes. Bradley had three players foul out with just 37 minutes among them (8, 14, 15), though they did manage to score a total of 16 points before their early departure. Creighton made 34-48 free throws, Bradley 15-26, with a bunch of those coming near the end. Bradley's bench outscored their starters 32-31.

The loss knocked Creighton out of a first place tie with Illinois State, dropping them down to two losses, same as Bradley and Missouri State. I just checked, Northern Iowa did win 59-46 over Drake , so Drake's loss knocked them down a notch further with Wichita State and Northern Iowa, all with three losses.

WOW, the results of that Creighton game are really weird! That means that CU must have hit only a couple of total field goals.

PS: You added wrong. If Creighton hit 3 threes, that totals 9 points. Then, 34 free throws makes 43 points. You can't get to 56 points by adding twos in this way.

The score was actually 63-57. I took those stats off Gametracker soon after the game was over. We all know how really accurate GT can be, but it could just as well have been that my really accurate number typing was off by one and I just failed to notice.

Bradley hit 22 of 43 shots for .512, Creighton 10 of 44 for .227
