Dionnah Jackson named POW
"Jackson, a 5-9 sophomore guard, averaged 16.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 4.5 steals per game in Oklahoma's two Big 12 road victories last week. She also shot 43.3 percent from the field and 85.7 percent from the foul line

Lauren Andrews ROW
"averaged 12.0 points and 6.0 rebounds in OU's two road wins last week. At Baylor she produced her first collegiate double-double with a career-best 21 points and 11 rebounds. Andrews also nailed a career-best five threes and shot 50 percent from the field (7-of-14) in the last-second win. For the week, the Washington, Okla., native shot 50 percent from the field (8-16) and three point range (6-12) and hit both attempted free throws."

Congrats to OU..it's great to see a young player like Andrews step it up

Dionnah doesn't surprise me, but Andrews does.....

Typically they look at players over BOTH games during the week, and Andrews had a horrible game at Kansas....

Kudo's to the OU bunch.

Congratulations to both players. They helped get a key road win for OU at Baylor.

I had been thinking of Crystal Kemp at KU for possible rookie of the week honors. I didn't look at all the stats but she was a key player in helping Kansas get its first conference win in more than a full season.

I was also surprised by Andrews getting it.
As was pointed out last week by someone when I commented that I was surprised Stephens got it, I guess they are just spreading the wealth.
Congrats to both of them.
