Jolee Ayers?

I have been a little curious about the Jolee Ayers. Her playing time has been decreased quite a bit from last year? She was asked to step up last year with the absence of Pierson and did a very fine job.

What's up this year?

I just think she lacks the speed to get off her shot and isn't a very good rebounder. I think she's really lost her confidence and it shows. She seems more willing settle for the jumper than bang down low. LaToya Davis is a great spark off the bench right now.
