Big 12 not getting much respect. Texas Tech move up one spot, the mininum they could have moved since the team immediately in front of them, Purdue, lost a game last week. Texas didn't move, while UCSB and Villanova, both ranked behind UT last week, hopped them in the rankings. OU climbed 2 spots, presumably because the two teams directly above them, Ohio State and Colorado, both lost.
