Guns Up!, the Sooners' SOS went from #8 on Sunday to #6 on Monday. The change from playing Stanford had already been discounted as of Saturday morning's CollegeRPI.com update.

Actually, BEARSKIN, I wasn't wishing for our rpi to drop. I was just making an observation. I expect KMR will have the bears ready to play. I can almost hear them growling out in the woods right now and moving their honeycombs around so no one will know
what to expect.

Has Baylor ever beaten Tech in Lubbock? Just Curious.

According to my Texas Tech media guide, Baylor has beaten Texas Tech twice in Lubbock, but you have to go all the way back to January 31, 1982 when Baylor beat Tech 66-65. The other time was January 22, 1977 when BU took that contest rather easily 110-56. Boy have times changed. Texas Tech will be looking to start another 40 win streak on Saturday. Marsha Sharp has never lost to Baylor in Lubbock.

Plus, it is going to be VERY hard to win this Saturday, because of all the fans coming for the 1993 National Championship reunion. expecting a 14,000 crowd.
