The Kansas women's basketball team will host Arkansas on Thursday evening at 7 p.m., in Allen Fieldhouse in a Women's NIT Third Round game. Arkansas (18-13, 6-8 SEC) advanced to Thursday's game by defeating Oklahoma State, 61-60, in overtime on Monday evening in Fayetteville, Ark., while the Jayhawks moved into Thursday's game by knocking off Creighton, 79-64, at home on Monday evening. Kansas (19-13, 6-10 Big 12) will be playing in the WNIT Third Round for the second-straight season. The Kansas-Arkansas winner will advance to face the winner of a Third Round game between Oregon State and either Nebraska or New Mexico in the WNIT Quarterfinals.
