If anyone is left in the Oklahoma City area who isn't at either this game or coming back from that amazing men's game, OSU-TTU is on Cox Channel 7.

Railrunner - you're not at the game?
So OSU beat the OU men?

I'm trying to follow on the stats, but it isn't working well for me. I have to refresh to see them, then when it trys to refresh itself, it goes blank, except for the ads, of course. Part of the time on a refresh there's just some computer jargon showing. Not pretty. Working now in the second half.
It's the same style for the Valley, theirs works marginally better.

halftime 28-17
Tech sort of drifted on at the end of the half...Mallard clearly traveled twice in a row. Not pretty there at the end of the half. Tech doing an ok job containing Riley - but OSU just ain't shooting well
Hardeman knocks down a 3 to start the half
28-20

Make that 4 - 3s for Hardeman. OSU leads by 1
Riley catching fire too...

How the heck do you blow an 11 pt lead in 3 minutes or so...
Tech has gone cold, OSU is warmer
45-39 OSU

Voepel has a great story on her Big12 blog about E. Williams and her car accident on Wed - she's ok - but is sounded awfully scary.
54-50 OSU thanks for Moore

19 pts by Moore for Tech who just knocked down a 3
Tech down by 5 with 38 seconds to go :(
How the heck do you blow an 11 pt lead in 3 minutes or so...
Missouri blew a 7-point lead in about 5 seconds. 11 points in 3 minutes doesn't impress me. :)

Game over...OSU wins 63-57
We couldn't have beaten Baylor anyway...better get ready for the WNIT Tech if you're lucky.
Congrats to Budke and the Cowgirls - good 2nd half and making the shots when they mattered. Great job by Hardeman with the 3's and Riley did an superb job delivering the ball where her team mates could score and took some excellent shots for baskets.
As the top B12 seed not going to the NCAA tournament, I believe Tech gets an automatic WNIT bid. With their RPI they'd be a shoo-in anyway.

Yeah I know...but they're going to have to play better than this to advance and given that they are hosting the NCAA will they got to play early WNIT at home...probably not.

A bad ending for the Texas Tech seniors, but reason for hope that the program is on the way up. The team will need to find a point guard though.
Well, not the end. Tech can still win some games in the WNIT.

I don't see a lot of reason for hope :( and we need a lot more than a point guard.

Ugh. I remember the year Texas was hosting NCAA games and wasn't in the tournament. I went to the games but not many Texas fans did.

We certainly don't need anymore Debbie Downer fans.

Let's see. Tech brings in its most promising recruiting class yet - large and talented. The team returns Mallard (who could have been FOY), Murphree, and Roberson (who has been playing particularly well of late.)

I was not at any of the games. But nothing's stopping me from the OKC regional on March 29 and 31!

ISU was in the same situation a few years back and was able to host both. The WNIT schedules are pretty flexible.
