OSU struggled today. Stats do NOT tell the whole story at all. OSU lost at HOME to Nebraska... That does not equate to a scary team... Unless you are saying scary, meaning 'scary bad'.

I agree with you on this.

Without Riley, the Cowgirls struggled to bring the ball up the floor. Too many times Clardy or Hatcher wouldn't even make it to half court (they usually lost it near the free throw line) before losing the ball or getting it stolen or tied up.

For all the people who claim Riley doesn't let her teammates shoot enough............those same teammates still didn't shoot last night. Taylor Hardeman was 2-5, Kristin Hernandez was 1-4, Kelsey Hatcher was 1-3, Shyvon Spears was 2-4 and Megan Byford was 1-3.

Tegan Cunningham only took two more attempts than in the previous game against Texas A&M.

Shaunte' Smith gave the kind of effort you would expect from Shaunte' Smith on senior night.

The highlight of the game came in the closing minutes when Clardy inbounded the ball off the back of a Nebraska player and then got it to senior center Jennifer Wallenmeyer for a three. The bench went crazy. The shot even surprised Jennifer. She had a huge grin and laughed wildly as she pointed into the stands at her family. :)

Riley was great as a cheerleader. She took every opportunity to encourage and pump up her teammates, especially Clardy and Hatcher. I must add she looked great in her skirt and heels too.
